CareDx, Inc. is a leading precision medicine company focused on transplant patient care. We are seeking a Clinical Liaison to support transplant centers, coordinate care, and ensure timely delivery of CareDx testing services.

The role requires an RN degree with 5+ years transplant experience; travel up to 30% within the US, and strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Remote US role with competitive total rewards and incentives.

Qualifications

• RN degree is required.
• 5+ years transplant experience preferred.
• CCTC certification preferred.
• 25–30% field travel within assigned geography.
• Proficiency in reporting and data analytics tools like Excel and Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient management, in support of CareDx’s transplant offerings, with a primary focus on laboratory tests.
• Work with transplant center staff as a Clinical Educator to streamline workflows and integrate CareDx’s transplant services.
• Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to deliver CareDx solutions on time.
• Respond to and resolve external requests including order entry, results, reporting, and reimbursement.
• Coordinate blood draw logistics with patients and ensure compliant orders.
• Lead operational efficiency exercises and identify process improvements.
• Coordinate timely processing for samples and inquiries.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, FDA, and other regulations.
• Field travel within assigned geography to key accounts for business reviews and product updates.
• Other duties as assigned.
