University of California, Davis Health in Sacramento, CA, seeks a Transplant Coordinator 2. The role provides nursing coordination across pre-, peri-, and post-transplant care, including cellular therapy.

You will collaborate with the transplant team to ensure safe, patient-centered care and engage with families, physicians, and insurers. The position requires an active California RN license, BLS/CPR, and ongoing oncology education.

Qualifications

• Valid California Registered Nurse License without restriction.
• American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS), or UC Davis Health CPR.
• Within three (3) years of hire, and every three (3) years thereafter, Oncology Certification or 18 CEUs oncology-specific in a 3-year cycle to meet CAC 4.2 Standard.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• At least two (2) years of recent clinical RN experience coordinating care for hematopoietic stem cell transplant, cellular therapy, or similar complex oncology care.
