Responsibilities

• RN Transition Program - PACU, Beginning September 29th, 2025.
• The Transition RN Fellowship at Northridge Hospital Medical Center prepares and supports experienced nurses entering a specialty unit. Early application is encouraged as positions are limited. Application period: May 5th - May 14th, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
• To initiate the application, complete the online application and submit:
• Current resume
• Specialty/Unit Preference and shift
• Letter of Intent (max 2 pages, APA format not necessary):
  • Why you are interested in the RN Transition Fellowship at Northridge Hospital
  • Why you are interested in the specific unit or specialty
• Signed Licensure Vacation and Employment Statement (if applicable)

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years RN experience in an acute care setting
• Graduate of an accredited RN school of Nursing
• Completion of an approved Basic Arrhythmia course prior to start or during the program (per approval)
• Current CA RN license and AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card
• ACLS, PALS as per unit requirements
• Successful completion of a Dignity Health interview process
• Current employees: In good standing with no disciplinary actions in the past 12 months and at least 'Meets' standards on last 2 performance evaluations

Pay Range

$51.89 - $73.85/hour
