RN Transition Program - PACU, Beginning September 29th, 2025.

The Transition RN Fellowship at Northridge Hospital Medical Center prepares and supports experienced nurses entering a specialty unit.

Positions are limited, and early application is encouraged. The application period is open from May 5th, 2025 through May 14th, 2025 at 11:59 PM (ONLY).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting required.
• Graduate of an accredited RN school of Nursing required.
• Completion of an approved Basic Arrhythmia course prior to start or during the program (subject to approval).
• Current CA RN license and American Heart Association Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider card required.
• ACLS, PALS (per unit requirements).
• Successful completion of a formal Dignity Health interview process, with overall scoring considered for selection.
• Current employees: Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions in the past 12 months and meet performance standards.
