Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia (state license).
• Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience; demonstrated competence per RN I expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, safe patient care using the nursing process and coordinate care for assigned patients on shift.
• Participate as an interdisciplinary care team member and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
• Lead and mentor on the unit, participate in councils, and support shared governance initiatives.
• Engage in unit rounds and care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
