Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System in Georgia is seeking a registered nurse for an inpatient setting with a focus on expanding knowledge and leadership within the care team. You will provide direct patient care, coordinate with team members, and participate in quality initiatives to improve outcomes and patient experience.

For new graduates, growth in knowledge and skills is emphasized, with mentoring and support as you care for increasingly complex patients. 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, efficient care meeting guidelines.
• Communicate with patients, families and colleagues at all levels.
• Prioritize and identify problems, apply evidence-based practice.
• Demonstrate leadership, delegate appropriately, support shared governance.
