Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a capable Registered Nurse to join our team in Georgia. This role supports the interdisciplinary care model, providing direct patient care and coordinating care across shifts to achieve outcomes.

Mentoring and leadership opportunities on unit councils are available as new graduates grow in clinical leadership. The ideal candidate will hold Georgia RN licensure, an ADN or diploma with at least 1 year of RN experience; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Georgia RN licensure required and current on license.
• Associate degree in nursing or diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; new graduate focus available.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care for assigned patients per shift.
• Lead and participate in unit councils and quality teams.
• Collaborate with care team to improve patient outcomes and experience.
