Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• For the new graduate RN: focuses on developing knowledge and skills and growth in caring for increasingly complex patients.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a bedside RN and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Lead interdisciplinary rounds to ensure appropriate care and smooth transitions.
• Contribute to unit goals like NDNQI indicators and patient experience data.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families and colleagues at all levels.
• Support shared governance and participate in unit-based councils.
