Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads interdisciplinary rounds to facilitate appropriate care and transitions.
• Apply the nursing process to meet clinical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Demonstrates leadership and communicates effectively with physicians and APs.
