Job summary

Qualifications

- Experience in clinical ladder or advanced nursing is a plus.
- Strong customer focus and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Exhibits excellent customer relationship skills with call center customers (physicians, nurses, vendors, fellow employees).
- Coordinates ambulance transfers from hospitals to other facilities and post-acute care providers.
- Responds to callers in a customer-centric transfer and transport center using service profiles and healthcare information.
- Consults with on-call physicians regarding patient care issues and needs.
- Collaborates with facilities to manage external patient movements.
- Documents and tracks all hospital transfers and transports.
