Job summary

Responsibilities

• Train staff to supervise client self-administration of medications.
• Prepare nursing service packets and client paperwork.
• Prepare and administer injections and treatments as needed.
• Examine client vital signs and symptoms of disease.
• Oversee medication cabinet storage and security.
• Keep records needed for DHS.
• Review MARS bi-monthly.
• Liaison with doctors, nurses, and/or pharmaceutical staff if needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
