Job summary

Shore Community Services, Inc. seeks an experienced RN Trainer to serve as the primary clinical administrator across our residential and Day Services programs in Skokie, IL.

The RN Trainer will oversee medical care, medication systems, regulatory compliance, and supervision of LPNs, contract RNs, and on-call staff, while building sustainable healthcare processes and audit-ready standards.

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• Active IL RN license is required.
• RNT certification within 120 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary nursing authority across all programs, ensuring compliance with applicable rules and standards.
• Oversee medication administration training, competency validation, and quarterly audits.
• Provide direct clinical supervision and monthly chart audits for LPNs and medical liaisons; lead clinical meetings.
• Develop and manage a centralized nursing operations manual and a real-time compliance dashboard.
