Acadia Healthcare’s Murfreesboro Rehabilitation Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week, full-time temporary assignment on the Day shift.

The position pays $60 per hour, offers 3 x 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends, and may convert to a full-time role after the contract. A minimum of one year of behavioral health nursing experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Must possess a current RN license as required by the state of employment.
• One year of nursing experience; behavioral/psychiatric or substance use nursing experience a plus.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients’ physical and behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and families about conditions.
• Provide nursing care within established standards and policies.
• Administer medications per orders and document accurately.
• Communicate with patients, families, and team members in a therapeutic manner.
