Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking RN/Advanced Practice Nurse with NY licensure for the TeleSAFE program in New York. The role is per diem and on-call, delivering remote and in-hospital examinations and support to hospitals 24/7.
You will work 36 hours monthly across two 12-hour weekdays and one 12-hour weekend shift, with on-call coverage including holidays. Applicant must meet SAFE certification requirements and HIPAA standards; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
Employment Type: Part time Shift: Rotating Shift Description: RNs for TeleSafe project for NY State - Per Diem TeleSAFE provides comprehensive, compassionate care to survivors of sexual assault in New York. The program, which is delivered through telehealth, partners with NY State hospitals to train, support, or even conduct full exams (in partnership with the onsite nurses) 24/7/365. We work with a wide range of facilities all over the state, including large hospitals that simply need backup coverage or training, to rural hospitals with no existing SAFE program at all. RN II (TeleSAFE) serve in an on-call capacity. When hospital partners call us, they may be seeking answers to basic questions, partnership in completing an exam, or seeking a SAFE to fully manage a case remotely. This position is expected to be able to provide compassionate, clinically competent, and prompt service to hospitals when they seek support.
