Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is hiring an RN, Clinical Operations for remote telephonic education. You will educate patients about specialty therapies, perform clinical assessments, and support adherence and outcomes from a home-based role.

Responsibilities include documenting care, coordinating with pharmacists and providers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. This position offers 5 shifts per week, typically 11:00–15:00 CT or 15:00–19:00.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of residence required.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• 2 years of patient-centered care or disease management nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telephonic, patient-centered education and clinical assessment per protocols.
• Identify patient needs related to therapy use, adherence, and adverse effects; triage to pharmacist when needed.
• Document assessments, interventions, and care coordination accurately in the patient record.
• Support clinical programs to promote adherence and outcomes.
• Complete required documentation including adverse event and program forms per guidelines.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, and partners to meet patient care needs.
• Assist with order creation, payment method setup, and shipment coordination.
• Maintain clinical competency across treatments and disease states.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
