Berkley Medical Management Solutions (BMMS) is seeking a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager to assess, plan, coordinate, and monitor care to facilitate timely medical treatment and return-to-work outcomes for injured workers.

Join a team focused on evidence-based guidelines, collaboration with providers, and cost-effective services. The role requires RN licensure and CCM certification within two years, with travel up to 10% domestically.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in workers' compensation insurance and medical case management preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years medical/surgical clinical experience required.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, professionalism, flexibility and adaptability.
• Oral and written fluency in both Spanish and English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage medical case management to facilitate case closure.
• Maintain timely, comprehensive communication with employers, adjusters, and injured workers.
• Assess utilization of medical treatment and services for cost-effective, quality care.
• Review and analyze medical records to ensure proper case progression and closure.
• Maintain caseloads across varying numbers and jurisdictions.
