Job summary

Pyramid Consulting Healthcare in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time, onsite Telephone Triage position. The role offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will handle outbound calls regarding lab results, relay messages from providers, document interactions, and maintain patient confidentiality while addressing questions promptly.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong verbal communication skills for telephone triage.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and prioritize callbacks.
• Attention to detail with thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients regarding laboratory results and follow-up instructions.
• Communicate clarifications and messages provided by healthcare providers.
• Address patient questions within the scope of the role and relay clinical concerns to the appropriate provider.
• Support the callback queue by managing pending calls and reducing backlogs.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient communications.
• Follow established protocols for patient communication, confidentiality, and escalation of concerns.

This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Atlanta, GA (Onsite).

Pay Range: $1919/weekly. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Strong attention to detail and effective documentation skills.
