Job summary

Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center in Williamsburg, VA, seeks a Registered Nurse Unit Coordinator for the Medical Telemetry Unit. This full-time role offers night shifts and a generous bonus up to $20,000.

You will demonstrate nursing leadership, coordinate care, lead safety and quality initiatives, and guide staff while ensuring excellent patient service. BSN is required; MSN preferred. Experience in telemetry and acute care is important, with charge nurse as a plus.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Active RN license and BLS within 90 days of hire.
• Critical Care/IMCU ACLS within 1 year of hire; NIH within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and coordination for the Telemetry Unit.
• Lead safety and quality initiatives, improve workflow, and staff development.
• Ensure excellent patient service and care delivery during night shift.
