Job summary

HonorHealth’s Osborn Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a registered nurse for the Telemetry Unit. The RN will follow ANA standards, document patient histories, perform diagnostics, administer treatments, and guide care plans for stroke and cardiac patients within a supportive, team-based environment.

The role requires an ADN/ Diploma in Nursing with licensure in Arizona, 1 year RN experience, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• BSN within 60 months of hire or 5+ years RN experience is required or preferred.
• Arizona RN license required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care and administer medications and IV therapies as needed.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment needs and home care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain standards of care and engage in evidence-based practice.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in care delivery.
