Job summary

HonorHealth’s Osborn Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced RN for Telemetry Unit-3W-Advanced Cardiac Care. The role provides direct patient care, medication administration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications include an Associate's degree or Nursing Diploma, RN license in Arizona, and at least 1 year of med-surg or acute care RN experience. A BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to stroke patients and critically ill patients.

• Develop and implement care plans with collaboration from the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and discharge planning.
