Iredell Health System is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for the Med Surg Team (Three North) in Statesville, NC. The role supports a diverse patient population from newborns to seniors, emphasizing clinical skill development and leadership opportunities.

The day shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM, 36 hours/week) includes a $2.50 shift differential (3:00 PM–7:00 PM), pediatric differential when on pediatric beds, and potential for a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina RN licensure.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Hospital/unit-specific orientation completed.
• Full range of motion to pass FIT test; able to lift up to 30 pounds.

• Provide nursing care and coordinate patient care planning and evaluation.
