Job summary

Iredell Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg Unit on a full-time night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM, 36 hours/week). Eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, plus $4 night differential and $4 pediatric differential when caring for pediatric beds; extra $10/hour beyond 36 hours as applicable.

The Three North unit serves patients from newborns to centenarians, offering growth through education and leadership development opportunities. Comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in North Carolina.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Successful completion of hospital and unit-specific orientation addressing growth and development needs for the patients.

Responsibilities

• The RN prescribes nursing care, delegates nursing activities, and coordinates assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care to provide quality care.
