Iredell Health System in Statesville, NC is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Med Surg team on days (7:00 AM–7:00 PM, 36 hours/week). Eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, with a $2.50 shift differential (3:00 PM–7:00 PM), and additional pay of $5/hr for hours over 36 per week. Pediatric beds include a $4/hr pediatric differential.

Formación

• Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
• BLS certification is required.
• Must pass unit-specific orientation focusing on age and population needs.

• Prescribes nursing care and delegates nursing activities.

• Ensures care aligns with hospital mission and nursing standards.
