Qualifications

• Current RN license in PA or NJ (or multistate)
• Specialized Diploma from an accredited nursing program
• BSN strongly preferred within 3 years of hire
• 1 year RN acute care experience preferred
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and cultural awareness
• Strong communication and collaboration within inter-professional teams
• Proficiency in health information documentation and discharge planning

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients and families to deliver respectful, coordinated care.
• Educates patients and families on learning priorities and care plans.
• Uses IT systems to communicate, document, and monitor care outcomes.
• Participates in safety and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborates with nursing and inter-professional teams to ensure optimal care.
• Supports preceptorship and staff development when appropriate.
• Participates in committees and adopts feedback for practice improvement.
