Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a registered nurse to deliver patient-centered care in an acute hospital setting. You will develop care plans with patients and families, use EHR to monitor outcomes, and participate in safety and quality initiatives.

Qualified candidates will have a Specialized Diploma in Nursing, RN licensure in PA or NJ, BLS certification, and preferably a BSN within three years. Rotating shifts and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• BSN or completion of BSN within 3 years of hire strongly preferred.
• 1 year as an RN in acute care strongly preferred.
• BL S - Basic Life Support certification required, RN licensure PA or NJ.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and families in a respectful, inclusive manner.
• Develop and execute nursing plans of care with patients and partners.
• Utilize information systems to monitor care outcomes and improve processes.
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams for safe, high-quality care.
