Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our patient- and family-centered care team. The RN uses the nursing process to address physical, emotional, and social needs, and develops individualized care plans with patients and their designated care partners.

The role involves education, discharge planning, and collaboration with inter-professional teams to ensure safe, compassionate care. Requires NJ/PA RN licensure and BLS; BSN strongly preferred within 3 years.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current NJ/PA RN licensure is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with coworkers, patients, families, and staff with Jefferson values.
• Partners with patients and families to identify learning needs and provide education.
