Job description

Role: Provides direct nursing care in a medical-surgical setting, focusing on patient safety, comfort, and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities: Utilize nursing standards to develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluate patient responses, advocate for patients and families, coordinate with the healthcare team, and educate on health maintenance and recovery. Demonstrate leadership, effective communication, and cultural sensitivity while applying evidence-based practices. May perform point-of-care testing and other assigned duties.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program and valid RN license. No prior experience required. Must hold BLS certification.

Skills & Physical Requirements: Strong communication, critical thinking, and physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform various movements. Ability to perceive visual, auditory, and olfactory cues essential for patient care.

Shift & Compensation: Night shift, with pay ranging from $31.21 to $49.94 per hour.
