ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for Telemetry (Night Shift) in San Antonio, TX on a 13-week contract. You will monitor patients with complex cardiac conditions in the telemetry unit, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.

The ideal candidate holds an active Texas RN license, BLS, and telemetry/critical care experience. The role runs 12-hour nights, 19:00–07:00, with emphasis on patient education and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Telemetry unit experience preferred.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in this role will provide high-quality care in the Telemetry unit, monitoring patients with complex cardiac conditions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry data.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care and updates accurately.
• Collaborate with medical staff to implement treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.

Required Experience

Previous experience in a telemetry unit or similar care environment is required.

Certifications/Licensure

Current RN license to practice in Texas is required. BLS certification is also required.
