Description:We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in telemetry nursing.The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a telemetry setting.Candidates with previous charge experience are encouraged to apply.The patient population includes adults to geriatrics with various cardiac conditions.Common diagnoses include congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction, dysrhythmias, hypertension, sepsis, and vascular issues.The nurse will be responsible for monitoring cardiac telemetry and administering medications.A 1:4-5 nurse-to-patient ratio is maintained on the unit.Candidates must possess strong clinical skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy.The ideal candidate will be flexible, willing to float within the facility, and work every other weekend.Compliance with orientation and training requirements is essential for timely onboarding.If selected, candidates will undergo a clinical review to ensure fit within the unit's guidelines.We welcome first-time travelers to apply.All candidates must be fully compliant to start on time.
