As a **Behavioral Health Clinical Team Manager**, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:* Plans, directs, and participates in delivery of home health services to provide diagnosis-specific patient care, including coordination of services with providers, vendors, or facilities.* Provides oversight of all patient care services and personnel.
