Qualifications

  • Current license to practice as a registered professional nurse in the practicing state.
  • Minimum five years’ experience as a healthcare professional with supervisory experience in healthcare, homecare or hospice.
  • Demonstrated administrative ability including knowledge of health care policies and program responsibilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee delivery of patient services and compliance with agency policies.
  • Develop policies, procedures and guidelines to fulfill program objectives.
  • Oversee scheduling, supervision, and ongoing educational programs for all professional and paraprofessional staff providing direct patient services.
  • Implement and monitor a quality assurance program or supervise designated QA staff.
  • Oversee the maintenance of medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with licensing regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards.
  • Plan and implement staff education program for all team members.

This position offers a competitive annual salary plus a performance-based bonus opportunity of up to 15% of base salary, with additional earning potential tied to branch performance, quality outcomes, and organizational success. As an RN Team Manager, you'll lead and mentor a dedicated clinical team of 8-10 direct reports, including RN Case Managers, Home Health Aides, and Clinical Team Assistants, while helping drive exceptional patient care and team development. This role also includes participation in a shared on-call rotation, providing a balanced approach to leadership responsibilities and ensuring continued support for patients, families, and staff.

What You’ll Do:

  • Minimum five years’ experience as a healthcare professional; including two years of supervisory experience in healthcare, homecare or hospice
  • Demonstrated administrative ability including knowledge of health care policies and program responsibilities
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required
  • Must possess current CPR Certification
