Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct, high-quality clinical care and serve as a Team Leader for patient care staff. The role involves leading a team, ensuring accurate medications and treatments, and documenting care in line with campus policies.

The RN will apply nursing processes from admission through discharge, visit residents daily, and escalate changes to the charge nurse or physician. CPR certification and an active state RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure proper medications and treatments, documentation, and care planning.
• Use the nursing process to deliver patient care from admission to discharge and family/community return.
• Visit residents daily to assess status and notify appropriate staff of changes.
• Identify emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures in absence of a physician.
