Job summary

Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Kentucky is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a close-knit team dedicated to delivering exceptional resident-centered care in a small facility.

You will assess and implement care plans, provide direct nursing care, administer medications, supervise LPNs and CNAs, monitor residents, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Kentucky (KY)
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Passion for delivering resident-centered care
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
• Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Uphold standards of safety, infection control, and quality care
