Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in a long term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of care for patients under the Director of Nursing.
• Provide a therapeutic environment for patient and family development.
• Assess and interpret patient data to determine care needs.
• Act as Team Leader supervising LPNs, CNAs/NAs, and Unit Secretaries.
