Qualifications

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse Licensure required.
• In-depth knowledge of patient care concepts in a clinic setting and PCIS/EMR use.
• Three years of medical office experience preferred.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire; ACLS for Oral Surgery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN duties in the clinic and supervision within the department.
• Facilitate staffing coordination and communicate needs to management.
• Update attendance, missed punches, travel logs, and monitor overtime.
• Lead department huddles and standardize staff education with Clinical Educator.
• Screen candidates for new hires and assist with scheduling and templates.
• Oversee department operations, reports, and performance metrics.
• Assist with onboarding of new providers and review department checklists.
