Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) in O’Fallon, IL is seeking a Team Lead (RN) to guide the Pain Management team, plan and facilitate the work, and ensure staffing and quality standards. The role combines leadership, clinical expertise, and direction to ensure continuity of patient services.

The Team Lead will oversee shift coordination, mentor colleagues, support education initiatives, and help orient new staff.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of practice is required; multi-state license may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, clinical expertise, and functional direction to the Pain Management team.
• Coordinate shifts and staffing across departments to maintain quality standards.
• Lead quality and education initiatives and orient new colleagues.
