Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Team Lead (RN) to join our Pain Management team. The Team Lead-RN will work closely with leadership to plan, implement, and facilitate the work activity of the area to accomplish goals and objectives.

The Team Lead-RN provides leadership, clinical expertise and functional direction to team members to ensure continuity of patient services, coordinating shifts across departments and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical direction within the Pain Management team.
• Plan, implement, and facilitate work activities to achieve goals.
• Coordinate shifts and staffing to ensure quality patient care.
