Schedule is full-time, 36 hours per week, days, with responsibilities including orienting new colleagues. An RN with an Associate or Diploma in Nursing is required; a BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical team in Pain Management and ensure staffing mix.
• Plan, implement, and facilitate work to achieve goals and quality standards.
• Provide shift coordination and orientation for new staff.
