Harrison Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Kentucky seeks an experienced RN to supervise LPNs/LVNs and CNAs, ensuring total nursing care for residents. You will implement physicians' orders, supervise staff, and coordinate care across departments.

Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited RN program with an active RN license (or LVN/LPN) and have at least 2 years of nursing experience; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing with valid RN state license or LVN/LPN.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Use the nursing process to assess resident care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Interview applicants, participate in hires and training.
• Lead team conferences to develop individualized care plans and assign appropriately.
• Administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and document in line with policy and regulations.
• Ensure supplies are used economically and equipment is clean and safe.
• Coordinate nursing care for residents scheduled for therapy or procedures.
• Record observations and reactions, and institute emergency measures if needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
