Fordsville Nursing & Rehab in Fordsville, Kentucky is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Nursing department. You will implement physicians' orders, administer medications, and supervise LPNs, LVNs and CNAs to ensure compassionate, high-quality resident care.

The role requires graduation from an accredited RN program and a valid RN license, with a minimum of two years nursing experience; excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Must hold RN license and graduate from an accredited RN program.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience; relevant clinical background.
• Ability to direct, motivate and train staff; communicate effectively with residents and families.

Responsabilidades

• Implement physicians' orders; administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments and tests as required.
• Supervise LPNs, LVNs and CNAs; provide guidance and support to the nursing team.
• Develop individualized care plans; assess and document residents' condition and needs.
• Coordinate nursing care with other departments and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Interview applicants and participate in hiring within legal scope.
