Qualifications

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Massachusetts RN license required.
• Clinical competence and strong communication skills required.

• Management/leadership experience preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive work experience including leadership required.
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Vaccination against influenza and COVID-19 required or eligible for exemption.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site Administrator.
• Serve as consultant and resource for Nursing staff, including administrative and clinical supervision.
• Collaborate with hospital departments to assure high standard of patient care.
• Perform other administrative and related duties.
