ViaQuest is seeking an experienced RN Team Lead to guide a dedicated nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care within our Ohio healthcare facility. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide guidance to team members to support safe, effective care.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license and a BSN, with at least 5 years of nursing experience and 2 years in leadership.
