ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions is seeking a VPBS - RN Team Lead to guide a team of registered nurses in delivering high-quality patient care within our facility. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide mentorship to staff.

The role emphasizes policy development, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and budget/resource management to support safe, coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with active license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
• At least 5 years of nursing experience and 2 years of leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
