Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Indiana.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a care team to ensure accurate medications, treatments, and care plans in line with campus policies.
• Deliver direct nursing care using the nursing process from admission to discharge.
• Conduct daily resident visits to monitor health and escalate changes to the charge nurse or physician.
• Identify emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures when needed in the absence of a physician.
• Complete required medical forms, reports, and charting to support patient care.
