Zusammenfassung

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Trilogy Health Services is primarily responsible for providing direct, quality clinical care and serves as a Team Leader to patient care staff at Homewood Health Campus in Lebanon, IN.

The role emphasizes leadership, nursing process, documentation, family teaching, care planning, and coordination from admission to discharge, with a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifikationen

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications, treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning and patient care conferences.
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver care and ensure continuity of care from admission through discharge and return to family.
• Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate each resident’s physical and emotional status and notify the charge nurse, the physician, and/or the Director of Nursing when there is a change in a resident’s condition_
• Identify resident problems and emergency situations and initiate immediate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician_
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary.
