This RN leads the nursing team under the attending physician, collaborating with other health care providers to ensure patient and family centered care and safety.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, quality outcomes, and adherence to hospital philosophy and policies, fostering satisfaction among patients, families, physicians, and staff.

Competenze

• RN must have Associate’s degree in nursing and 25 contact hours of CE during licensure period.
• At least 2 contact hours related to pain management.
• At least 2 contact hours related to implicit bias training.
