Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Detroit area to lead patient care within a collaborative team and partner with physicians and other health professionals to deliver high-quality nursing services.

The RN will supervise care activities, monitor patient progress, and help prepare patients for discharge while maintaining strong communication with the unit leadership and multidisciplinary staff.

Formación

• Graduation from a school of nursing is required.
• BSN is preferred.
• Licensed to practice as an RN in Michigan is required.
• AHA BLS certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers.
• Delegates, assesses, provides and evaluates patient care.
• Provides and delegates patient care activities to team members.
• Monitors patient progress and prepares patient for discharge.
• Reports directly to senior unit management and participates in shared decision-making activities.
