The ideal candidate has an RN license in Virginia, 1+ year of clinical and leadership experience, and strong communication skills to support teamwork and regulatory compliance. This full-time, hybrid position supports staffing and budget considerations across the unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a State Board of Nursing approved program.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for patient care delivery.
• Mentor and develop staff, coordinate care across shifts.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across assigned ICU area.
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
