Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care processes within the designated specialty.
• Serve as a resource for complex patient care issues.
• Liaise with specialty physicians.
• Review physician preference cards and protocols.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are functional for procedures.
• Provide training on new equipment and instrumentation.
• Evaluate and recommend specialty supplies and equipment.
• Supervise staff within the specialty area.
• Demonstrate cultural excellence in patient care and the work environment.
• Develop staff skills and knowledge in the specialty area.
