Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Washington State RN license.
• Minimum two years of recent RN experience in a related specialty area.
• Previous leadership or charge nurse experience.
• BLS certification upon hire.
• ACLS, ENPC, ENCC, PALS, and NRP certifications at hire.
• Washington State Food Handler Card at hire.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily department operations.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, workflow, and patient care priorities.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff.
• Support staff development, education, and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with providers, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

About the Role

As the RN Critical Access Team Lead, you'll combine hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities, serving as a clinical expert and resource for the team. You'll help ensure operational excellence while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and compassionate care.
